May 2023: 20+ years ago we were referred to an insurance agent that was excellent. About six years ago, she left the organization, and we were inherited by the agency owner. Six years too long. This person was nothing like the original agent. It seemed obvious at every turn that they were inept and totally apathetic in every way. We are normally extremely particular about our service providers (& about providing good service ourselves when on the other end) so why did we stay with this outfit when their level of service was so dismal & lacking? Pure laziness!!
